Founded in 2008 by third-generation butcher James “Jimmy” Ridge, Rocky Ridge began as a small stall at the Bendigo Farmers’ Market. Jimmy’s vision was simple: *bring ethically raised, hand-cut meats directly to Aussie families*. Today, we’re proud to partner with 50+ regenerative farms nationwide, but our heart remains in regional Victoria, where our flagship butchery still stands.
